Eastern Suffolk Boces

Amy has been in the field of art education for 30 years, and she is currently a special education art educator for Eastern Suffolk Boces. She has also taught workshops for adults infusing mindfulness and visual arts.
In addition to education, creating art is also a passion. Amy has had her work shown, most recently at Islip Arts Council gallery in Bayshore. She works in a variety of media, currently in watercolor and gouache as well as digital media. She is also working on developing her skills as an illustrator, taking many different courses, and working on her portfolio. She is a mom to her 21-year-old son, and a dog mom to her frenchie, Dolly.
